Our website may display camping tents, AC luxury cottages, luxury cottages, bamboo cottages and other accommodation packages. Package inclusions, meal arrangements, activities and facilities may vary by package.

3. Check-in and Check-out

• Guests must follow the check-in and check-out timings communicated at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation and Refund

Meal inclusions depend on the selected package. Guests should inform the team in advance about relevant dietary requirements. We cannot guarantee that all food will be suitable for every allergy or dietary restriction unless specifically confirmed in advance.
